Returns & Cancellations

CANCELLATION

Orders can only be cancelled prior to despatch.  Please CONTACT US including original order or invoice number and reason for cancellation and you will be issued with a full refund assuming goods have not yet been despatched.   If your order has already been despatched then you will need to follow the Returns procedure below.

RETURNS

If you need to return any items please CONTACT US within the time periods set below ensuring that you include the original invoice number and reason for return.  All returned goods must be returned in the original packaging.  GOODS ARE RETURNED AT YOUR OWN COST.

UNWANTED ITEMS

If an item is not required then you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods.  They must be returned unopened in original packaging.  Delivery will not be refunded on unwanted items.  GOODS ARE RETURNED AT YOUR OWN COST.

INCORRECTLY SUPPLIED, DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If an item is damaged or faulty or you have been incorrectly supplied items not ordered you must notify us within 24 hrs of receipt of goods. We will refund any delivery charges paid on original order.
